As part of a restoration project in 2020 Mathewson were contracted to install underfloor heating into the historic St. Nicholas’ Cathedral in Newcastle upon Tyne. This bespoke installation involved careful consideration of the buildings infrastructure and the constraints involved in working in historic properties. 350m2 of underfloor heating was installed as part of the project.
